Did one of the last retouching sessions w/Nick @ Slickforce last year. What an incredible experience! It wasn't cheap, but it was so worth it. I brought along my girl for a 2 day retouch session. Day 1: shoot with Nick & crew at Slickforce studio. Day 2: retouching session with previous day's hot-n-fresh images.

Observations: these guys are real professionals...but with a fun kick. From start to finish, we had a blast. The model I brought along was on cloud NINE after the shoot (what a confidence booster)....but then we saw the images. Whoa!

I got to peek inside the inner workings of that zany photographer/artist Nick. You could try and try for years, and not get close to the results he gets. I can't explain why, but that guy's creative mental factory is going 100 mph! The model commented afterwards that Nick's direction was the best she'd ever experienced...so fluent.

Anyway, thought I'd attach a few of the images Nick shot, and he mentored retouching. So really, pretty much all of the credit worthy part goes to Slickforce.

somehow the envy was less satisfying than I expected. Maybe my choice of words wasn't the best.

the shoot was hot! I really like the composition & overall photo with the Model on the Blue Seamless... pulls you in, and makes you want more!

Hotness! Keep up the good work...

Did we shoot her on plexi or did you comp that reflection in? I think it's practical but if not then damn you got good.

First BTF, thank you....

Nick, shot on plexi...I did also do the comp reflection after. As I recall the close contact reflections are real from the plex. Not that good...yet.

In other news, just noticed that I was lazy on the comp with an extra finger in the reflection. Ah well. Who counts fingers nowadays anyway? I'm thinkin' as long as both 'cheeks are in, I'm good.

Nice composition but needs more retouching... Plastic surgery is a killah. [Dude looks like a lady]
