I shot myself on accident...

Well for the past 2 days I been in the studio trying to better my lighting and the quality of my images. I thought I needed better equipment but It was just my lighting technique. I was alone in the studio so I just set my timer on my camera and went to work. It may not be a major improvement to you all being that yall are great photogs but for me it was like a mini break through, lol. And while it was just lighting practice I said to myself I might as well practice the editing and creativity part a little too. But It got real late and I forgot to take a behind the scenes shot but I will go up there today if any are interested in seeing them.

Only gripe would be the tears on the praying picture. Kinda looks like either a string or a really big popped zit....

thanx man..lol maybe I shoulda took more time trying to perfect my tear but it was just a practice run. Maybe I should have reduced the white highlights in the tear and maybe it would have looked better. But thanx though man.

On a technical note, good job preserving the white shirt, on a white seamless, with a model (LOL) of dark complexion. Very impressive, and a difficult contrast to capture. Watch the highlights on the nose on the last black shot, a bit too hot.

Thanx Nick, yea man you got to, for some reason theres a certain part of my life where I have no pics of my self. And Im pretty sure you can make something of your self you can hang up in your house that would be monumental and all about what you stand for. "Model" of dark complexion lol!! good one! But I see what U mean on my nose, I will keep in mind to keep the detail. But Thanx though yall!
