Hi

I would like to know is this tutorial includes lighting set-up details for each images?
And will the techniques be usable for other subjects that's not people?

No, it does not include lighting setups. This series just covers Retouching only. Regarding the techniques, they can be used on any object, but the tutorial only focuses on people.
