Posting 2 different images here, one warmer and one colder :) . Not completely satisfied, but can't put my finger on it. Having a hard time posting pictures in forums like flickr, the pictures a way of looking over sharpened.
Would love to get som critique here, skin, light, everything :)

Clint did a good job last time, very constructive.

Posted and here the pictures don't look good at all, no sharpness?. Any tips on saving for web, size quality, sharpening etc.
if you have some time over look at them here http://www.flickr.com/photos/fatmac77/ , don't look the same, much sharper.

Hey mackemac. Loving the photo. Either one could work when it comes to the color temp. The bottom image reminds me of an artic winter =] Loving the highlights on the nose cheek and the edge light on her fur hat. I would say to go a lil easier with the skin blending for ex. above and under the eyes and a lil easier on the nose. Other then that this is great work. Nailed it!

When using photoshop I usually save as (for web) at about 70 or 80 percent quality. You also might want to try to put a unsharp mask on the whole photo before saving as well =] Try that out and let me know if it works for you.

Looking forward to seeing more of your work =]
