I dont't think there is a software for this kind of retouch. It is all about mastering technics. ( I learned that after trying all kinds off plugins and realized after watching the DVD from nick,...

I think that your Pro retoucher is using ALSO some skin textures... ( blending)

If I compare both picture's than i can conclude that there is more pores in the new one...
